View your booking, cancel it if needed, change the date and time, add people, or update contact details.
Find your booking
Enter your booking reference, email and phone number so we can find your booking safely.
Look up booking
Use your booking reference, email and phone number.
Change date and time
Your number of people will stay the same. Choose a new date, then choose a session with enough space.
Add people
You can add people if your booking is more than 3 days away and your session has enough spaces left. You cannot reduce people online.
Update contact details
Change the name, email address or phone number on your booking. A confirmation email will be sent after the update.
Cancel booking?
This will cancel the selected booking and send a cancellation email.
No refunds are handled automatically online. If a refund is due, F&L Events Studio will process this separately.
