Soft Play Disclaimer & Parent/Carer Agreement

At F&L Events Studio, we want everyone to have a fun, safe and relaxed experience while enjoying our soft play area.
By attending our soft play sessions, parents and carers agree to the following:
- All children remain the responsibility of their accompanying adult at all times.
- Parents and carers must supervise their children throughout the session and remain on the premises.
- F&L Events Studio staff are not responsible for supervising children.
- Please encourage safe and kind play. No pushing, climbing on equipment incorrectly, throwing items, or behaviour that may cause injury to others.
- Children should use equipment suitable for their age and ability.
- Shoes must be removed before entering the soft play area and placed on the shoe stand or storage box provided. Socks must be worn while using the equipment.
- Please inform a member of staff immediately of any accidents, spillages, damage, or concerns.
- Food and drinks must be kept away from the soft play equipment.
- Please do not attend if your child is unwell or showing symptoms of a contagious illness.
- Personal belongings remain the responsibility of attendees.
Important:
F&L Events Studio takes care to provide a clean, safe and welcoming environment. However, we cannot accept responsibility for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage caused by misuse of equipment, failure to follow these guidelines, or lack of adult supervision.
By attending a soft play session, you confirm that you understand and accept these guidelines and that your child remains your responsibility at all times.
